Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Musclescrub. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. The return period begins on the date you receive the product.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.
• In original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that show signs of outdoor use or wear.
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
• Products returned without original packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@musclescrub.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a reference number. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Musclescrub is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product fails to meet guarantees of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
